Last year we were thrilled to win the brief to create a world-class website for Liverpool John Lennon Airport to rival all major airports across the globe.
Connect recognised that now more than ever, websites with important functions such as that of an airport, need to quickly get the user to their goal by being sympathetic towards their online behaviours rather than making them search or perform complex tasks.

We designed and built a website that responds to the device the customer is using and is focused on a faster, easier and closer experience for passengers at every touch point. By considering the customers wants, needs and behaviours, we have created a real immersive connection between them and the airport, providing an intuitive space for customers to interact with.
The results of the new website were clear to see, in the first week alone revenue generated through car park bookings, fast track check-in, and VIP lounges increased by 50.82% through improved visibility of the booking and sign up functionality.
