Last week The Drum published the eagerly anticipated results of its annual Independent Agencies Census, a research report providing an insightful overview of the independent marketing agency landscape.
The research collected is done so in partnership with the Recommended Agencies Register (RAR), and highlights the performance of independent agencies in what is an industry largely dominated by significant international networks.
Connect are thrilled to announce that we have made it in to the top 25 of overall independent agencies, coming in at number 22 out of 180 agencies overall.
Within the census, agencies were also ranked based specifically on financial growth and client satisfaction. For financial growth we came in at number 10 for the 100+ staff category with a growth in turnover of 22.65%.
Further to this, we ranked number 16 for client satisfaction results in the 100+ staff category. We regularly carry out our own client satisfaction survey along with the RAR ratings and our most recent score of 85% comes in at above the industry average of 70%.
This is an impressive achievement considering that a large cluster of agencies in the top 50 are based in and around London, and after being named Midlands Marketing Business of the year at the Drum Network awards last December, Connect are proud to continue to fly the flag for the Midlands.
