After 25 years, Founding Partner and Chairman, Rob Hampton, is retiring from Connect in his current executive role and the business has been sold to Birmingham headquartered, global marketing technology and services business Inspired Thinking Group (ITG), as we enter into an exciting next stage in Connect’s development.
Focused on continued international growth, ITG has opened further offices in London, New York, Chicago and Amsterdam, and has a global client list including Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer, Heineken, PUMA and KFC.
Being part of the ITG family means Connect will now be better able to capitalise on the tremendous expertise we have built up around certain key technologies, and will enable us to provide our clients with access to a broader spectrum of marketing services.
ITG founder and chief executive Simon Ward commented: “This is a significant and exciting move for ITG, as we continue to acquire innovative companies that can help strengthen our customer offer across the globe. Connect has a first class reputation in the digital space and a blue chip client list that reflects its standing in the marketplace.

Under the leadership of directors, Antony Green and Jose Espinosa, Connect and its 200 employees will continue to operate as a separate business.
