Millennials on the other hand, have the most negative view of housing because they've been priced out of the market with sky rocketing prices and unobtainable mortgages. Generation Z have a refreshingly positive attitude when compared with Generation Y. Having grown up in a world of political and financial turmoil, Generation Z really want to make a difference. They're savvier and more entrepreneurial than previous generations. Being born after the rise of the Internet (2000- present), they will be the first truly digital generation.  They process information quicker than any of us but they also have the shortest attention span. And they really don't have the patience to wait for information - they've never needed to!

Having grown up in a recession, their home has always been the centre of all activities, rather than expensive outings.
